01Introduction

Tradavia (“we”, “us”) provides marketplace intelligence for bol.com sellers. We take the protection of your personal data seriously and process it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The data controller is AIREF SOLUTIONS CommV, trading as Tradavia, located at Turnhoutsebaan 243, 2100 Deurne (Antwerp), Belgium, registered under company registration number BE1005815863. For privacy questions you can contact us via info@tradavia.com.

Please note — this is a draft version as a starting point. Have the final text reviewed by a lawyer before publication.

02What data we collect

Depending on how you use Tradavia, we process the following categories of data:

  • Account data — name, email address, company name and login details.
  • Sales data — data from your connected bol.com account, such as orders, revenue, inventory and listings, which you share via our integration.
  • Usage data — how you use the platform, such as pages visited and settings chosen.
  • Technical data — IP address, device and browser type, and cookie identifiers.
  • Payment data — processed via our payment provider; we do not store full card details.

03How we use data

We use your data solely for clearly defined purposes:

  • Providing, maintaining and improving the Tradavia platform.
  • Generating insights, analyses and recommendations based on your sales data.
  • Processing payments and managing your subscription.
  • Providing support and answering your questions.
  • Complying with legal obligations and securing our services.

04Legal bases

We process personal data based on one of the following legal bases under the GDPR:

  • Performance of a contract — to provide the service for which you created an account.
  • Legitimate interest — to improve and secure our services in a way that respects your rights.
  • Consent — for example for non-essential cookies and marketing communications. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legal obligation — for example for tax and administrative retention requirements.

05Sharing with third parties

We never sell your data. We only share data with carefully selected processors who help us deliver the service, such as hosting providers, a payment provider and analytics tools. We enter into data processing agreements with all of these parties.

To deliver insights, we connect with bol.com via the official API, based on the integration you authorize. We only share data beyond this when legally required.

06Retention periods

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary. We keep account data for as long as you have an active account. After termination, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, unless we are legally required to retain it longer (for example invoices for tax retention purposes).

07Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, strict access control and continuous monitoring. No system is 100% secure, but we continuously evaluate our measures.

08Cookies & tracking

We use functional cookies that are necessary for the website to work, and — with your consent — analytics cookies to understand and improve usage. You can adjust your cookie preferences at any time via your browser settings.

09Your rights

Under the GDPR you have various rights, including the right to access, correction, deletion and data portability. You can read how to exercise these rights on our GDPR page. You can always submit a request via info@tradavia.com.

10Changes & contact

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will inform you of significant changes via the platform or by email. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest version.
